Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy exists to protect both your time and ours, and to keep the work calm, contained, and respectful.
Single Sessions
(Clarity Session / Pattern Recognition Session)

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will consider the situation with fairness.

Single sessions are reserved specifically for you and cannot usually be filled at short notice.
The Integration Programme

The Integration Programme is a structured, multi-session process designed to be flexible, paced, and collaborative.
​

The programme consists of eight sessions, typically booked one session at a time, week by week.

Payment is made in advance for the programme as a whole.

If you decide not to continue:

You may stop the programme at any point.

Sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.

Any remaining unused sessions will be refunded, minus a £60 administrative fee to account for preparation and reserved availability.

To stop the programme, please notify us before your next scheduled session.
​
The programme is designed for completion, not obligation. There is no expectation that you must continue beyond what feels appropriate.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Full session fees apply.

Refund Method
All refunds are processed to the original payment method (via Stripe) and may take several working days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
