This work:

• is not therapy

• does not provide diagnosis

• does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care

• is not crisis or emergency support

If you are experiencing acute distress, suicidal thoughts, or require urgent mental health support, please contact local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.

You confirm that:

• you are 18 years of age or older

• you are booking sessions for yourself

• you understand the scope and limits of the work as described on this site

No Guarantees

While many people find clarity and relief through this work, outcomes vary. Bear Nichols makes no guarantees regarding emotional results, decisions, or life changes.

You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and wellbeing.

Client Responsibility

Clients agree to participate in sessions with honesty and self-awareness, and to take responsibility for their own choices, actions, and wellbeing.

This work relies on reflection and engagement between sessions. While guidance and structure are provided, progress depends on the client’s willingness to think, reflect, and apply insight outside of sessions.

Bear Nichols does not direct life decisions or assume responsibility for outcomes resulting from client actions.

All sessions are treated as confidential.

Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law (for example, if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others).
