Sessions

There are a few different ways to work together, depending on what would feel most supportive right now. Some people come for a single session to steady their thinking. Others choose more structured work once they have a clearer sense of what they’re dealing with. There’s no expectation that you commit to anything beyond what feels right.

Clarity Session

What it is

A single, contained session focused on understanding what happened and stabilising your thinking.

This session is for people who feel unsettled, confused, or stuck in replay — unsure whether their reactions make sense, or why something continues to feel unresolved. We slow things down and look carefully at the situation, without rushing toward conclusions or emotional release.

The aim isn’t catharsis or advice, but orientation: helping you see what you’re dealing with more clearly, so you can regain your footing and decide what you want to do next.

Pattern Recognition Session

What it is
A focused session for noticing patterns that may not yet be fully conscious.

Some people arrive already sensing that something wasn’t right, but without language for it. This session looks at recurring dynamics, shifts, or inconsistencies — not to label or diagnose, but to gently map what’s been happening beneath the surface.

It can be especially helpful if you feel caught between “maybe it was nothing” and “something feels off”, or if you keep returning to the same questions without resolution.

Integration Programme

What it is

The Integration Programme is a structured, time-limited process for people who want to properly resolve the impact of a destabilising relationship, rather than working session by session without a clear arc. It’s designed for those who already know that a single conversation won’t be enough — not because they’re broken, but because what they’re carrying is layered and needs space to be worked through carefully.

The programme runs over eight sessions, usually weekly, and follows a clear progression. Early sessions focus on orientation and stabilisation, middle sessions on understanding patterns and meaning, and later sessions on integration, closure, and moving forward. The aim is not ongoing support, but integration — reaching a point where the experience feels understood, settled, and no longer needs active attention.

Some people choose to return for an occasional standalone session later, but this is entirely optional. The programme itself is designed to stand on its own and to leave you in a position of greater clarity, stability, and self-trust, with a clear sense of completion.

If you’re unsure where to start, the clarity session is usually the simplest entry point. If you already have a sense that something remains unresolved, you may prefer to read more about the integration programme first. Either way, there’s no assumption that you need ongoing support.
