The Integration Programme

The Integration Programme is a structured, time-limited process for people who feel that a past relationship is still unresolved — mentally, emotionally, or internally — even if they understand that it is over.

Many people come into this work feeling stuck in loops of replay, doubt, or unfinished meaning. They may know what happened, but not why it affected them so deeply, or why it still occupies their inner world. This programme is designed to help make sense of that experience and to integrate it, so it no longer dominates attention, identity, or emotional life.

Rather than focusing on labels, diagnoses, or blame, the work centres on understanding impact: how the relationship functioned, how it shaped perception and behaviour, and why it was difficult to leave behind psychologically — even after it ended.

How the programme works

The Integration Programme runs over eight sessions, usually weekly. Each session lasts 60 minutes and takes place online.

The work follows a clear internal arc:

  • Early sessions focus on stabilisation and orientation

  • Middle sessions focus on pattern recognition and meaning-making

  • Later sessions focus on integration, closure, and forward movement

There is a structured framework guiding the process, but clients do not need to manage or track it. The structure exists to support the work, not to be performed, analysed, or optimised. Many people find it easier not to know what is coming next.

This is contained, intentional work with a clear endpoint.
The programme is designed for completion, not ongoing or open-ended support.

Who this is for

This programme may be a good fit if:

  • You feel that something in a past relationship still hasn’t settled internally

  • You find yourself replaying events without resolution

  • You understand that the relationship is over, but it still occupies emotional or mental space

  • You want clarity and integration, rather than advice or reassurance

The work is reflective and structured, not crisis-based.
It is not therapy, crisis support, or open-ended coaching, though it can sit alongside therapy if you are already in it.

A final note

This work is for people who are ready to understand what happened — not just intellectually, but in a way that allows the experience to be put down.

You don’t need to prepare, perform, or explain yourself in a particular way.
The work meets you where you are.
