The Integration Programme

The Integration Programme is a structured process for people who feel that a past relationship is still unresolved — even if they understand that it’s over. Rather than focusing on labels, diagnosis, or blame, the work centres on making sense of what happened, why it had the impact it did, and how to integrate the experience so it no longer dominates your inner world. The programme runs over eight sessions, usually weekly, each lasting 60 minutes. The sessions move through a clear arc: early sessions focus on stabilisation and orientation, middle sessions on pattern recognition and meaning-making, and later sessions on integration, closure, and moving forward. The work is contained and intentional, with a clear endpoint — it is designed for completion, not ongoing support. This programme may be a good fit if you feel that something wasn’t right in the relationship but can’t yet settle it internally, or if you find yourself replaying events without resolution. It is not therapy, crisis support, or open-ended coaching, but it can sit alongside therapy if you’re already in it. The fee for the full Integration Programme is £440. The first session is booked at checkout. Subsequent sessions are arranged together week by week as the work progresses, rather than being fixed in advance.
